Description: Would you believe me if I told you this cake is made of SEAWEED?! To celebrate the launch of PANGAIA's new C-fibre collection, they challenged me to make a cake containing seaweed. From using spirulina powder in the sponge to create an ombre effect, to crystallising seaweed for the decorations, I had so much fun making this and dare you to take on the challenge too!
